Job summary

Copeland seeks a Product Manager to grow the Refrigeration Controls portfolio for North America. You will own products from concept to end-of-life, translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions that meet business goals.

Work closely with engineering, sales, operations and customers to shape the future of refrigeration controls. The role requires a technical background, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% (mostly domestic).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer-facing roles such as Application Engineering or Product Management.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems; fluent English; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps through lifecycle management.
• Define product requirements from customer, market and business needs.
• Manage profitability and support business cases for new investments.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations and customers for delivery and adoption.
