Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Refrigeration Controls portfolio for Food Service applications across North America. You will own products through their lifecycle, translate customer needs into innovative solutions, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have engineering training, 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role, and strong English communication. Hybrid work options are available, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills; ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Define product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs.
• Manage product profitability and support business case development for new product investments.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market opportunities and product enhancements.
• Define product positioning and value propositions.
• Support pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities.
• Develop technical and commercial sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive continuous product improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.
