Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & Innovation to shape the future of control systems for off-road machinery. You will lead Architects and Innovation Engineers, setting the technology roadmap for Controllers, Displays, Remote Controls, and Joysticks, enabling safer and more productive machines worldwide.

Based in Northern Europe with flexibility for other locations, you will collaborate across global teams to convert market trends and regulatory requirements into scalable platform

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing technical teams within engineering, technology, innovation, or product development environments.
• Experience developing embedded and connected mechatronic systems.
• Expertise in defining technology strategies, system architectures, roadmaps, or product platforms for complex products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology and innovation roadmap
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Architects and Innovation Engineers
• Own and govern key architecture principles and technology choices for future Controllers, Displays, Remote Controls, and Joysticks
• Build and manage a technology pipeline from exploration to product development
• Translate customer, market, regulatory, and technology trends into engineering opportunities across the global organization
