TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer for a premier manufacturing client in the refrigeration and thermodynamics space. This role blends R&D with plant support and field service, including occasional travel to customer sites to assist with commissioning and optimization.

You will design from scratch, configure controllers, and improve legacy systems while collaborating across engineering disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of controls engineering experience, or
• 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree, or
• 3+ years with a Master's degree with refrigeration controls experience.

Aufgaben

• R&D / New Product Development: write code for new commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Plant Support: configure controllers, create set points, optimize existing control systems.
• Field & Customer Support: travel up to 25% to support commissioning and startups.
