ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (OT/CPS) to lead a global team focused on OT/CPS offerings, including Armis OT visibility and security.

You will set pre-sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and directly engage in strategic customer opportunities, driving AI-enabled sales and risk reduction across complex environments. You will mentor, shape talent, and partner with Sales Leadership to grow the OT/CPS business while aligning with ServiceNow ITOM and Risk

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading solution consulting or sales engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS environments, Purdue model, and asset visibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and mentor a global OT Solution Consulting team.
• Coach SCs to use AI and develop reusable AI assets.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, demos, and value proofs.
• Engage with CISOs, OT leaders, and operations to align on risk reduction and business value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement for strategy and collateral.
• Drive continuous improvement and track AI adoption and metrics.
