Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a global team of OT Solution Consultants, providing coaching and career development.
• Model AI-native ways of working in discovery, demos, proofs of value, and pipeline inspections.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Develop deep expertise in the OT/CPS portfolio and connect it to ServiceNow capabilities for client use cases.
• Define go-to-market plays and vertical strategies and engage with senior stakeholders.
