ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting for OT/CPS to lead a global team focused on OT visibility and security offerings. You will set pre-sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and engage in the most strategic customer opportunities.

You will scale the OT/CPS business by improving the quality of technical sales execution and connecting industrial operations, cyber risk, and business outcomes across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales.
• Experience managing and developing technical pre-sales teams, including assessing talent and coaching.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS environments, Purdue model, and OT security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a global team of OT Solution Consultants with coaching and career development.
• Model AI-native ways of working in account research, discovery prep, and demos.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, demos, proofs of value, and RFP responses.
• Engage with CISOs and OT leaders to understand requirements and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Partners to shape go-to-market plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and measure AI adoption and team performance.
