ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting for OT/CPS (Armis/Veza) to lead a global team focused on OT visibility, security, and USEM for OT. You will set pre-sales strategy, mentor Solution Consultants, and engage in strategic customer opportunities.

The role requires deep OT/ICS knowledge, experience in technical pre-sales, and the ability to drive AI-enabled sales motions across regions. Remote-friendly with travel up to 40%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS environments and the Purdue model.
• Familiarity with OT regulatory frameworks (NIS2, NERC CIP, IEC 62443, CIRCIA).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Mansioni

• Lead a global OT Solution Consulting team and develop talent.
• Set AI-enabled pre-sales strategy and coach demos and value proofs.
• Partner with Account Executives and OT sales leadership to win complex OT/CPS opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, demos, RFP responses, and executive briefings.
