Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a strategic leader to lead a global team of OT Solution Consultants, mentoring engineers, shaping skills frameworks, and driving AI-enabled OT initiatives.
You will partner with Account Executives to win complex OT/CPS opportunities, deliver demos, value proofs, and executive briefings, and translate capabilities into business outcomes for energy, manufacturing, and other sectors.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a global OT solution consulting team.
- Familiarity with OT security frameworks (NIS2, NERC CIP, IEC 62443).
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global OT Solution Consulting team.
- Evaluate skills with a consistent framework covering OT depth, asset visibility, and AI fluency.
- Set performance goals and track progress to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify and win complex OT/CPS opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership through discovery, demos, proofs of value, and executive presentations.
- Develop go-to-market plays and vertical strategies across energy, manufacturing, life sciences, and more.
- Engage CISOs, OT security leaders, and plant operators to translate requirements into business impact.
- Act as trusted advisor on OT security frameworks like NIS2, NERC CIP, and IEC 62443.
- Conduct site visits, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Enablement, Services, and Customer Success.
