ServiceNow seeks a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (OT/CPS) to lead a global team focused on OT visibility, security, and asset exposure management.

You will set technical pre‑sales strategy, build a high‑performing team, and engage in strategic opportunities with CISOs and OT leaders. The role requires deep OT/ICS knowledge, a proven pre‑sales track record, and the ability to scale the OT/CPS business across regions while collaborating with ITOM, Security, and Risk teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
• Proven experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales, or technical sales
• Experience leading and developing pre‑sales teams
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS environments, Purdue model, and asset visibility
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset and ability to drive adoption
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global team of OT Solution Consultants and mentor their development
• Define pre‑sales strategy, guide demos and proofs of value for OT/CPS portfolio
• Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Talent teams to align expectations and staffing
• Position ServiceNow AI capabilities credibly to OT, security, and operations buyers
• Develop go‑to‑market plays and sales collateral for OT/CPS segments
