ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting for OT/CPS to lead a global team, set pre-sales strategy, and engage strategically with customers. You will align OT/CPS with ITOM, Security, and risk platforms while scaling value, governance, and AI-enabled selling across regions.

The role emphasizes people leadership, coaching, and building reusable AI assets and plays to drive efficiency and impact in complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS environments, Purdue model, and asset visibility.
• Experience managing and developing technical pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of OT Solution Consultants with coaching and career development.
• Set AI-native expectations and measure adoption with practical indicators.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, demos, proofs of value, and RFP responses.
• Develop expertise in OT/CPS portfolio and connect to ServiceNow ITOM, Security and Risk.
• Define go-to-market plays and sales collateral for OT/CPS.
