ServiceNow seeks a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (OT/CPS) to lead a global team focused on OT visibility, security, and USEM for OT. You will set pre-sales strategy, coach top talent, and personally engage in strategic opportunities.

You will drive AI-native selling motions, develop reusable AI assets, and position the OT portfolio with CISO and operations buyers across regions. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on customer engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading solution consulting or pre-sales teams.
• Deep OT/ICS knowledge including the Purdue model and segmentation.
• Familiarity with NIS2, NERC CIP, IEC 62443, CIRCIA.
• Strong AI-native mindset and experience applying AI in work.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global team of OT Solution Consultants and provide coaching and career development.
• Set AI-native work expectations and measure adoption through tangible indicators.
• Develop reusable AI assets, prompts, playbooks, and demos to scale OT/CPS expertise.
• Position ServiceNow AI platform credibly with OT, security, and operations buyers.
• Engage with CISOs and operations leaders to understand technical requirements and business outcomes.
• Conduct customer site visits, workshops, and executive briefings, delivering demos and proofs of value.
