Located in Lake Jackson, TX or Midland, MI, the position requires a JD/LL.M., 4+ years IP experience, USPTO registration and US work eligibility. Domestic relocation assistance is noted.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree required.
• Minimum 4 years practicing Intellectual Property law.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related tech field.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business-oriented IP counsel on patents, trade secrets, licensing and IP transactions.
• Draft and negotiate technology development and collaboration agreements.
• Develop and manage patent portfolios aligned with business strategy.
• Identify IP risks and opportunities in meetings with clients and teams.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to protect assets.
• Educate clients on IP strategies and risk mitigation practices.
