SolarWinds is seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. SEM Manager to own global search engine marketing for the Observability unit.

You will set the vision and roadmap for paid search, while hands-on managing structure, bidding and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to fuel customer acquisition and pipeline growth. You’ll partner with Global Performance Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance/RevOps, and Sales to ensure SEM investment translates into

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SEM or performance marketing.
• Proven success driving ROI and pipeline growth in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with multi-market global SEM and budget ownership.
• Hands-on with bid management, testing, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own global SEM strategy and roadmap for Observability.
• Lead campaigns across TOFU/MOFU/BOFU with optimization.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting for paid search.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product Marketing, and Sales to drive pipeline.
