Unity is seeking a data-driven SEM leader to own and scale paid search across B2B and B2C products. You will drive strategy, optimization, and budget management for Google and Bing while partnering with marketing, product, and revenue teams.

You will report on SEM KPIs, translate performance into insights, and guide cross‑functional planning. This senior role sits in GTM Marketing and offers equity participation and performance bonuses.

Formación

• 5–8 years of hands-on SEM experience in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proficient in pulling reports, identifying trends, and telling stories to stakeholders.
• Familiar with paid social and programmatic ecosystems and their role in the funnel.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Semrush, Profound, and SA360.

Responsabilidades

• Own SEM strategy, execution, and optimization across Google and Bing.
• Build and manage campaigns across multiple business units with distinct audiences.
• Define and report on SEM KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to align broader paid media strategy.
• Ensure message consistency from search ads to landing pages.
• Stay current on search trends and AI-driven shifts.
