Job summary

Preply is seeking an SEM Marketing Manager to scale global search marketing across markets and products. You will blend analytics with creative experimentation to drive sustainable growth while improving ROI and profitability.

In this role you will manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, work with Looker and Snowflake data, and collaborate with Martech, Data, Design, Product, and SEO teams to localize messaging and maximize LTV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEM experience in a high growth or multi-market environment.
• Advanced understanding of Google Ads and related bidding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEM strategies for short- and long-term growth across global and regional markets.
• Lead campaign management and automation across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Design and run experiments to improve ROI, LTV per new student, and profitability.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven workflows for monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
• Measure performance with Looker dashboards and Snowflake-connected data models.
• Collaborate with Martech and Data teams to ensure tracking reliability and integration of SEM data.
• Partner with Design, Product, and SEO to localize ad copy and test messaging frameworks.
• Define growth priorities, forecast performance, and communicate learnings.
• Test new Google Ads features and betas to explore AI Max, Smart Bidding, and PMax.
• Synthesize insights to inform wider marketing and automation strategies.
