Job summary

Suno is seeking an SEM Manager to own paid search strategy, signaling, and testing across Google, Bing, and Apple Search Ads. You will partner with Growth Marketing, Data Science, Finance, and Creative teams to scale enterprise accounts with rigorous testing and global budget management.

You will identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns across multiple geographies, and build AI-driven tools to streamline day-to-day tasks. Strong data, tooling, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEM / paid search.
• Deep platform expertise in conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience managing large media budgets.
• Ability to explain SEM auction and trend nuance to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search acquisition strategy, signaling, and testing across Google, Bing, and Apple Search Ads.
• Collaborate with SEM Lead, Paid Social, Data Science, Finance, and Creative teams to scale enterprise-level accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive efficiency across SEM channels.
• Manage SEM budgets, bids, and audience strategy/structure.
• Own channel performance globally across web and app surfaces in multiple geographic markets.
• Drive KPIs from impression to subscription across funnel stages.
• Own analysis and reporting to diagnose trends and deliver insights.
• Build tools using AI, internal tools, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Lifecycle, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Own channel partner relationships including beta access, product roadmap, billing, and spend reconciliation.
• Develop testing roadmap leveraging industry and partner knowledge.
