Tracksuit Limited is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales Development to lead SDR teams in New York and London, scale the outbound function, and partner with the CRO to define global strategy. The role focuses on building a unified outbound approach and driving measurable pipeline growth across regions.

You will hire, coach, and promote SDRs into AEs, set headcount plans, and optimize the outbound tech stack, including AI-driven and human outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience managing an SDR or business development team.
• Promoted into management from an SDR or similar role.
• Experience in a high-growth scale-up with a strong outbound program.
• Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets.
• Based in New York City and willing to work with the CRO in Auckland.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop the SDR team across New York and London.
• Own total outbound pipeline, by region.
• Design the SDR plan including headcount, hiring, territories, targets and commissions.
• Build a single playbook for prospecting, qualifying and handing over meetings.
• Decide which accounts AI SDRs vs humans cover.
