Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution for key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs in service delivery.
• Manage SAP delivery teams across locations and offshore resources.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
