Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP Managed Services and post‑transition support. You will oversee SAAS projects and cross‑location teams, ensuring high quality support and effective delivery of SAP solutions across Finance, SCM, Procurement, or OTC domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure SLAs/OLEs are met in service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Escalate complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
