Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to oversee operations and service delivery for SAP solutions across client accounts. The role blends management with hands‑on functional ownership in core SAP domains such as FICO, SCM, OTC, or Procurement.

The ideal candidate will lead globally distributed teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure value realization for clients. A strong background in SAP managed services and ITIL processes is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations, running SAP projects, or both.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and Agile methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Solid understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across key business processes.
• Provide hands‑on SAP functional leadership within one domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead cross‑location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, driving root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
