Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead global SAP operations and managed services, delivering quality support and driving improvements post-transition. The role blends hands-on functional ownership with team leadership and offshore delivery in a hybrid EY environment.

The position requires strong SAP expertise (FICO/OTC/SCM), stakeholder management, and experience with ITIL processes to ensure value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Data Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership and issue resolution in one domain (FICO/SCM/OTC).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
