Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead post-transition support for SAP solutions within Tech Ops. You will manage onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across Finance, SCM, Procurement, and OTC domains.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder partnerships, agile methods, and a customer-first mindset within a hybrid client-facing environment. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4HANA, RISE and/or GROW.
• Strong SAP functional expertise in at least one domain: FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams and offshore delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop globally distributed teams.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and technology service management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within core business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership and escalation management.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs for service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
