Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead the support services for SAP managed solutions, driving post‑transition delivery and successful deployments to user communities. You will balance hands‑on SAP functional ownership with people leadership, coordinating onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams within a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring deep SAP operations experience, familiarity with AMS models, and strong customer‑oriented service delivery skills, including ITIL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; SAP operations experience required.
• 5–7 years in SAP operations or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP delivery and support within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one domain (FICO/SCM/OTC).
• Lead and coach globally distributed SAP delivery teams.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive offshore delivery and cross-location collaboration, with client engagement.
• Escalation point for complex issues and root cause analysis.
