Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations and Service Delivery to lead post-transition SAP support, drive offshore delivery, and own key SAP domains such as FICO, SCM, OTC or Procure‑to‑Pay. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years in SAP Operations or SAP projects.
• Proven experience leading SAP managed services or AMS.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: FICO, SCM, OTC or similar.
• Experience with global delivery and offshore teams.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support across key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one domain.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met across deliveries.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business goals.
