Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Support Services professional to lead SAP delivery and post-transition support. You will manage onshore, nearshore, and offshore SAP teams, ensure quality delivery, and drive continual improvements across Finance, SCM, Procurement, or OTC domains.

You will leverage expertise in SAP operations, managed services, and ITIL processes to partner with clients and realize business value, while thriving in a hybrid work environment with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations/AMS experience.
• Expertise in Application Management and SAP Managed Services.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams, including offshore delivery.
• Familiar with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Knowledge of Data Delivery and Management.
• Stakeholder management and technology ecosystem operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and manage issues affecting key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership within core domains (FICO, SCM, Procurement, OTC).
• Lead and coach globally distributed SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met and drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Collaborate with clients to align SAP operations with business outcomes and value realization.
• Mentor teams and support post-transition delivery and deployment to users.
