Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution for key business processes.
• Lead hands-on SAP functional delivery within one core domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs in service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, offshore.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP ops with business outcomes.
