Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Support Services professional to lead SAP delivery and post‑transition support across global teams. You will ensure smooth operation of SAP solutions, drive continuous improvement, and own escalation handling within finance, supply chain, procurement, or OTC domains.

This role combines people leadership with hands‑on SAP expertise, requiring strong client engagement and service management capabilities in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years SAP operations experience.
Experience running SAP projects or SAP Managed Services.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and agile methods.
Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across domains.
Provide on‑site/onshore/offshore SAP delivery leadership.
Lead cross‑location SAP teams and drive offshore engagement.
Partner with clients to align SAP ops with business value.
Champion continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
