EY seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP delivery and support post-transition for global clients. You will manage onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery excellence across key SAP domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership and issue resolution within one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Contribute to initiatives that drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, offshore resources.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes and value realization.
