Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years SAP Operations/AMS experience.
• Hands-on SAP functional leadership in FICO/SCM/OTC domains.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams and offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and manage complex functional issues.
• Lead cross‑regional SAP delivery teams across onshore/nearshore/offshore.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization within SAP services.
• Ensure SLAs and client value realization in post‑transition support.
• Partner with stakeholders to align SAP ops with business goals.
