Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager, Sales Transformation, AI & M&A to drive strategic initiatives across our global commercial organization. You will lead cross-functional projects, connect stakeholders and translate strategy into action across Sales, Digital, Operations and Finance.

The role offers international exposure, ownership of project portfolios and a data-driven approach to accelerate growth and transformation across markets and teams.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience in a global, matrix environment.
Ability to turn strategy into executable plans and drive delivery across functions.
Strong analytical and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic Sales projects in a cross-functional, international environment.
Support Sales transformation and Digital integration initiatives, including potential M&A activities.
Bring stakeholders together, create alignment and drive execution with clear ownership and milestones.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and analyses for decision-making and governance.
Track project portfolio progress, monitor milestones and proactively manage risks.
