Job summary

Danfoss invites applications for a Senior Data Engineer - AI & Databricks. You will help shape AI adoption across the global sales organization by building a scalable, governed Databricks platform that enables sales teams to turn data into insights, forecast, and understand customer behavior.

You’ll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-ready data products, enhance Genie spaces, and extend Unity Catalog governance while driving

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms with Unity Catalog.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for scalable data models and ETL pipelines.
• Ability to design and manage data platforms for analytics/AI in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Databricks governance, including Unity Catalog, data access, security, and data quality.
• Design and maintain scalable data architecture across data models, tables, and pipelines.
• Enhance Genie spaces by improving content, entity matching, and answer quality for end users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable adoption of data products and AI solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new Databricks and AI capabilities to improve platform performance.
