Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experiencedProject Manager to join our CRM team. In this critical role, you will be the engine behind our most important initiatives to enhance sales processes, elevate customer experience, and drive digital transformation. You will lead projects that directly impact our commercial success, ensuring our teams are aligned, our processes are seamless, and our technology is cutting-edge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead strategic initiatives across CRM, sales, and customer experience, transforming our commercial operations from the ground up.
• Drive Digital & Process Transformation: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects for our CRM and business development teams, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
• Harmonize Global Accounts: Take charge of complex account harmonization projects to create a unified and efficient sales structure worldwide.
• Foster Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central point of contact, aligning Sales, Business Units, Process Owners, and other Danfoss segments to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure Executive Visibility: Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and consistently to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and buy-in.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of leading projects to successful completion in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Deep understanding of business processes and workflows, with an eye for continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Bonus Points For:
  • CAPM or PMP certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and SAP.
