Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and Customer Services and shape AI-driven workflows. You will translate business problems into practical AI-enabled prototypes and lead solutions from concept to production using modern AI technologies.

You will collaborate with engineers, data professionals, and business experts to deliver measurable business impact, and continually refine solutions based on user feedback and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in AI, automation, solution engineering, digital transformation, or similar hands-on role.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities with Sales and Customer Service.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions and proofs-of-concept.
• Configure, test, and implement AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with software/data engineers, product owners, and business experts to productionize ideas.
• Measure adoption and business value to continuously improve delivered solutions.
