Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic manufacturing footprint projects and redesign our supply chain for a smarter, global model that serves customers worldwide. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timeline, and drive continuous improvements while communicating with stakeholders at all levels in a hybrid work environment.

Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• PM certification preferred (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing footprint projects from scope to delivery.
• Coordinate planning resources and critical activities to keep projects on track.
• Manage lifecycle, deadlines, budget, and quality.
• Act as central communicator to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.
