Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CRM-driven initiatives, aligning Sales, Business Units, and Process Owners globally. You will drive digital transformation, harmonize accounts, and report progress to senior leadership from the Ohio region.

You will influence diverse teams, manage high-impact programs, and champion business process improvements, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading projects to successful completion in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Deep understanding of business processes and workflows, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and networking skills to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• CAPM or PMP certification (bonus)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and SAP (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Impact Projects across CRM, sales, and customer experience, transforming commercial operations.
• Drive Digital & Process Transformation for CRM and business development teams.
• Harmonize Global Accounts to create a unified and efficient sales structure worldwide.
• Foster Cross-Functional Synergy by aligning Sales, Business Units, Process Owners, and other Danfoss segments.
• Ensure Executive Visibility by communicating project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
