Job summary

Advantest America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support the Customer Team in Quote to Cash (Q2C) activities in the Bay Area. You will assist with deal structures, forecast support, and formal quotes, ensuring compliance and timely revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include order management, invoicing, and coordination with Finance, Factory Order Management, and Legal teams. Strong English communication and experience with Oracle/Salesforce are required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2-3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Team in Quote to Cash (Q2C) activities including deal consultation and forecast support.
• Generate formal quotes in Oracle ERP and assist with approvals for special deals/pricing.
• Manage orders, ensure PO meets acceptance and oversee change orders.
• Coordinate with Finance, FOM, Legal, and CT to execute deals and ensure revenue recognition and invoicing.
