Job summary

AVIRE, a leader in life-safety communications, is seeking a Customer Quotation Specialist to join the Americas team in a fast-paced environment. You will process sales orders, generate accurate quotes, manage order revisions and expedites, and maintain detailed CRM records.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer support to resolve issues, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business/related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or inside sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and quotes in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Review orders and provide proactive customer outreach.
• Manage quotes, revisions and order expediting as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
• Identify improvements to quoting and order processes.
