FedEx in Memphis is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist on the Information Design: Communications team. You’ll serve as a communications editor, content strategist, and advocate for the FedEx Sales organization.

You’re not just sending updates; you’re orchestrating how our global sales force receives, processes, and acts upon critical business needs. You’re equipping them with the information, positioning, and guidance to best serve our customers.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Content Strategy, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.
• Helps drive complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
• Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout.
• Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
