FedEx Global Sales Enablement is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to act as editor and content strategist for the Information Design team. You will help the global sales force receive, process and act on critical business needs with high-impact communications.

You will own lifecycle of communications from writing emails to designing reference content, partnering with digital tools and sales platforms to enable effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism or related field or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in project management, sales enablement, learning and development, or related areas.
