Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth for our payments solutions. You will build a robust sales pipeline, lead discovery with clients, and present tailored solutions through meetings, demos, and events.

You'll manage forecasts in NetSuite CRM, collaborate with onboarding, integrations, and operations teams, and oversee pricing and contracts while reporting to the CRO. Expect travel 8–12 times annually in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of the online payments ecosystem including merchants, PSPs, gateways and fraud processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and prospecting skills.
• Data-driven, organized and experienced in CRM management and Excel analysis.
• Able to work across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a sales pipeline through networking, prospecting and revenue targets.
• Lead client discovery, develop business cases, and present solutions via meetings and demos.
• Manage leads, opportunities, forecasting, and reporting in NetSuite CRM.
• Partner with onboarding, integrations, operations, and relationship management teams.
• Handle pricing approvals, contract negotiations, and execution; travel 8–12 times per year.
