Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Core Payments Sales Director to lead a team of sales managers and drive revenue growth in the U.S. You will recruit, mentor, and empower leaders, while championing our POS solutions and aligning with the VP on strategic direction.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales leadership, a deep payments industry understanding, and a drive to win. This role requires travel to client sites and field leadership across the territory.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Regular driving to visit client sites; valid driver's license required.
• Background check after conditional offer of employment.
• Drug screening around day 60 of employment.
• Live in area relative to posting location.
• Ability to be in the field supporting your team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and recruit top-tier sales talent to build an elite team.
• Lead other sales leaders on the team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of cutting-edge POS solutions to empower the team.
• Maintain regular communication with the VP to align sales strategies and execute them.
