Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the sales organization, including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring of team members.
• Monitor staff performance, set goals, document progress, approve incentives, and partner with People Team on employee matters.
• Drive activities involved in selling Global Payments products and expanding client relationships.
• Direct resources to support sales executives in using tools and resources effectively.
• Develop and execute sales plans, goals, strategies, and objectives to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify critical market segments and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Oversee sales policies, trade show participation, and planning of sales meetings.
• Prepare sales production reports for senior management and assist in pricing decisions.
