Job summary

BPS Bioscience is seeking an International Sales Associate II to support the global sales team in coordinating with distributors and customers. You will manage inquiries, quotations, and cross-functional tasks to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery of service.

The role requires a science background, CRM/ERP experience, and a customer-centric mindset in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in international or distributor sales.
• One year of laboratory experience in a life-science field is a plus.
• Experience using a CRM/ERP system, preferably NetSuite, is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and scientific product information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for international distributors, channel partners, and customers by email and phone.
• Prepare and manage sales quotations for international partners, ensuring accurate proposals.
• Collaborate with Ordering/Shipping, Marketing, Technical Support, QA to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
• Provide technical documents and trade materials to support distributors in regional markets.
• Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction and long-term relationships.
