• Interest in the healthcare market; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in daily account management.
• Prepare for Quarterly Business Review meetings and capture notes.
• Support lead generation and research target pipelines.
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies and CROs.
• Attend client meetings and document comprehensive minutes within two days.
• Support PCI site visits and manage slide decks and materials.
