Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience with AS400 or other customer database/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and scientific terminology.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and identify the best solutions.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and order updates with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Handle post-order requests, including returns, replacements, complaints, and shipment delays, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide customers with product documentation such as manuals, technical data sheets, and quality certificates.
  • Participate in ongoing product, compliance, and professional development training.
  • Ensure transactions comply with export regulations and applicable security requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
