Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the Global Safety & Security leadership, serving as the administrative backbone to keep initiatives on track and audit-ready. This role focuses on governance, risk, and compliance across the function, enabling security leadership to concentrate on strategy.

You will manage calendars, risk and compliance tracking, vendor onboarding and renewals, KPI reporting, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related fields required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Communications, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in business operations, program management, executive administration, governance, project coordination, or similar functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual policy review and governance calendars.
• Maintain risk, compliance, and operational tracking records ready for audit.
• Support vendor onboarding, renewals, and contract tracking.
• Develop and maintain KPI and performance reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, action tracking, and leadership priorities.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and operational administration.
