Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to design and oversee physical security operations for a client, coordinating with the Global Safety & Security Management team and SIS executives.

The role focuses on reducing risk, incident response, and program improvements across security, safety, executive protection, and events. The candidate will manage a local campus operation, handle budgets, performance metrics, and contract oversight, while ensuring timely responses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five+ years of safety and security management or supervision experience.
• ASIS CPP and/or PSP certification.
• Proficient with Lenel and Salesforce platforms.
• State guard certification and related paperwork must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and manage physical security operations, including policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with client Global Safety & Security management and SIS Executive teams.
• Manage local client campus operations, including budget, performance metrics, and contract management.
• Create measurable reporting for alarm monitoring, incidents, and performance metrics.
• Respond promptly to emergent events, staffing issues, and client requests.
