Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Security Manager, North America, to lead regional safety and security programs across the region, partnering with business leadership to protect people and assets and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

You will conduct site risk assessments, coordinate incident responses, support investigations, oversee local security services, and work with Real Estate, HR, Legal, and vendors to maintain effective security operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in corporate safety and security.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
• Knowledge of life safety systems and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security programs regionally across North America.
• Lead incident response, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Real Estate, and other leaders to implement security controls.
• Develop business continuity plans and emergency procedures.
• Track metrics and report to GSS leadership.
• Oversee vendor management and security technology deployments.
