Wellington Management is seeking a Security Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of global physical security and GSOC capabilities. You will manage 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and intelligence coordination to support enterprise risk management and business continuity.

The role requires leading a global team, partnering with Real Estate, IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance, and building strong relationships with vendors and law enforcement to strengthen security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in security operations, GSOCs, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing a team of security professionals.
• Experience coordinating with global leaders across countries/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize GSOC operations with intelligence-led, risk-based security services.
• Develop roadmaps aligned to enterprise risk, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Standardize SOPs, playbooks, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, and response coordination.
• Build and coach a high-performing GSOC team.
• Coordinate security measures for executives and events.
